Gonna turn a mountain into a mole hill

News was not what we really wanted today. This mountain will soon be a mole hill. Not sure what to say really, for me that is bad because I am never one for a loss of words. When it rains it pours. This has not been the best week for anything. Could we please just wake up in the morning and it be Monday again? As most of you have probably heard the news was not the greatest, but Jim is a fighter and we will make it through this. They found a tumor in his left cheek (the original location) it is pretty good sized, and wrapped up in the muscle with it's location the Dr. doesn't think he could take care of it with a surgery. Our next step will probably be some type of chemo. That is all we really know right now. Except for the fact that God still does work miracles, and I am a firm believer that we are still going to see a miracle. For now that is all I have. Thanks for all of the prayers and God bless.

  6. Jim, Kim and family ~ You are so right...God is STILL in the miracle business! We stand with you believing, and expecting to see this tumor shrink. I had a passage of scriptures come to mind. Mark 11:20-26 these are one of the "Speak to the mountain" passages in the gospels. You are already speaking to the mountain Praise God! Let us know if you need anything...we love you guys.

  7. Just remember that although the medical profession is a wonderful, committed group of people - they ARE NOT GOD and only God has the final word! I agree with you that Jim will live and not die and that he will walk in ALL that God has for him! love, Jerry Lynn

  8. Would like to bring over something for you to eat. What sounds good to you? What can you eat? Do you like chicken spaghetti? Cream pies? Homemade ice cream? I know you're not crazy about Italian. Tell me something that you think you can eat and we'll bring it over. Glad you are headed home. Those hospitals are nice when you need them, but I think you recover faster in your own home surrounded by your family. And tell us if you don't feel like company. I'll be glad to deliver it and leave. We love you guys!

  9. Dad's strong as the biggest bear kim, he barely feels pain when he falls off of a roof! He can handle anything esp. with the grace of God. God has given him faith and you and I both know that things will get better! I love you dad, and I love you Kim <3
